    My union, PSCCUNY and NYSUT directed me to the Community Hearing Services in Poughkeepsie. I'd been overdue for a hearing test and evaluation for hearing aids. Now hearing aids are on and being worn
    so I don't have to keep saying "Hunh?" to people speaking to me !
    Kristy Tilley, AuD was sensitive, caring and very professional. All my
    questions were answered thoughtfully. Even when I traveled abroad
    in September and October, when I had a minor concern email help was
    quick and focused. The concern was resolved. I cannot speak too
    highly of the professionalism and care I have received.
