    Extremely unhelpful to my mother who is looking for help with her parents because they’re aging and need assistance. The lady was rude to my mother who is stressed out over her parents and trying to find out information on how she can help them. Seriously should look into hiring more friendly and helpful staff! That’s an organization where friendly people are a must - if you’re not going to be pleasant to work with during a difficult time in someone’s life, then find. A. Different. Job. Or change your attitude! Awful.
